These terms concern purchases from the Tiny Kaiju & Dopey Dragon merchandise store at shop.thetinykaiju.com. They should be read with our shipping information, returns and refunds information, and privacy policy. Your statutory consumer rights always apply.

Merchandise and availability

Our original-character merchandise includes print-on-demand clothing, gifts and accessories. Product descriptions and mockups help demonstrate the item and artwork; slight differences in print colour or placement are possible. Please check available sizes, colours, shipping destination and total price before paying.

Orders and payments

Prices and delivery charges are displayed in the storefront and at checkout. The checkout shows applicable taxes and other charges where available before you confirm payment. If we cannot accept or fulfil an order, we will contact you and arrange the remedy appropriate to the circumstances and applicable law.

Production and delivery

Items are made to order by our fulfilment partners. Delivery availability, charges and estimated timings depend on the product and destination. Separate items may arrive in separate packages; see our shipping information.

Cancellations, returns and faulty items

All Tiny Kaiju & Dopey Dragon merchandise designs are sold for personal use. Purchasing a physical item does not give permission to reproduce or commercially redistribute the characters or artwork.
