Our official Tiny Kaiju & Dopey Dragon merchandise is produced to order by fulfilment partners, including Gelato and PrintKK.

Destinations and shipping prices

The destinations and delivery options available for your order depend on the products in your cart. Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay. Please enter your full delivery address to see available services.

The Tiny Kaiju shaped plush keychain currently has US-only shipping. Other products may be available in more destinations where checkout offers a valid delivery rate. We cannot guarantee delivery to an address when checkout does not provide a rate.

Production, dispatch and delivery

Merchandise is printed or manufactured after purchase rather than shipped from pre-stocked inventory. Production time and transit time vary by product, destination and fulfilment centre. Estimates provided by checkout or carriers are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly confirmed as guaranteed.

Multiple items, parcels and tracking

Products may be made at different facilities and arrive in separate parcels. Different product types may incur separate shipping charges, which should be shown before checkout completion. Tracking is supplied when our partners and carriers make it available.

Address problems, customs and lost items

Check your address carefully. If you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us promptly; changes may be impossible after production or dispatch. Import charges may apply to international orders where they are not collected at checkout. If an order does not arrive or arrives damaged, contact us with the order number so we can investigate. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
