Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your Tiny Kaiju & Dopey Dragon merchandise. For any return, cancellation or product issue, contact us through the shop contact page with your order number. We will confirm the proper return instructions and return destination before you send anything. Do not send merchandise directly to Gelato or PrintKK.

14-day cancellation right for eligible Irish and EU purchases

For eligible purchases covered by Irish or EU online-shopping law, you can normally cancel for any reason within 14 days after receiving the goods. You must let us know that you wish to cancel before the end of those 14 days, and then return the goods within a further 14 days. You may contact us or use the cancellation notice below.

Where the right applies, eligible refunds include the goods and the original standard delivery cost (not the extra cost of an upgraded delivery method). We will issue the refund without undue delay and within 14 days of your cancellation notice, although we may wait until we receive the goods or evidence that you have returned them, where the law allows. We normally refund to the original payment method.

For a change-of-mind cancellation, you generally pay the direct cost of returning the item unless applicable law or an agreement with us requires otherwise. Please handle goods only as needed to check their nature, characteristics and functioning. A reduction for excessive handling may be permitted by law.

Made to order is not necessarily personalised

Our standard items feature existing Tiny Kaiju artwork and are printed after you order. That does not automatically remove a legal right to cancel. Exceptions can apply to genuinely personalised or individually specified goods where local law permits, but we will not treat every ordinary print-on-demand order as automatically exempt.

Faulty, damaged, incorrect or missing goods

If something is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or never delivered, please contact us promptly and include photographs where helpful. We will investigate and provide the remedy required under applicable consumer law. Those rights are separate from change-of-mind cancellations, and this page does not restrict them.

For customers outside Ireland and the EU, requests are assessed according to applicable consumer law and the circumstances of the order. Please contact us before posting an item back.
